Our Story

Based in a south Devon valley, at Baddaford farm, I grow on half an acre as part of the Baddaford collective.

Originally from Germany, I moved to the UK in 2010 to study Costume Design. I lived in London, Bristol, Australia, Edinburgh and New Zealand before settling in South Devon.

Having also studied remedial and sports massage, I knew I wanted to work in a field (no pun intended) that would help people feel better.

After the birth of my daughter in 2020 I studied Horticulture at School Farm in Dartington and fell in love with growing.

I could not find the right job that would allow me to parent and grow herbs, so I created it for myself.

The juggle between single parenting and running a business is not always easy but I love both!

I now work with restaurants and shops locally to bring the freshest organic herbs and herbal teas to South Devon and run volunteer days and workshops.

Future plans include extending my range of medicinal herbs and herbal remedies and providing job opportunities for other single parents.
